Frequently Asked Questions - Street Cleaning
Keep in mind... Yearly Street Sweeping and ticketing will continue in the posted areas for:
District #1: This district is from Front Street to 10th Street, Chew to Sumner Ave., and from 4th to Front, from Chew to Union Streets.
District #9: This district is from 4th to 12th St from Union to Chew Streets as posted.
District #2: This district is from 10th to 17th Street from Martin Luther King Jr Drive to Sumner Avenue. From February 13th - March 2nd courtesy tickets are being handed out as a reminder for upcoming street cleaning.
Starting March 5th tickets will be issued.
District #3: This district is from 17th to 23rd Streets from South to Tilghman Streets. From March 21st - March 29th courtesy tickets will be handed out as a reminder for upcoming street cleaning.
Starting April 4th tickets will be issued.
Since an efficient job can be accomplished during most rainfall, regular ticketing will be done in the core area for District 1, 2, 9 "RAIN OR SHINE".
