Allentown is home to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, a Class AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. They play at the beautiful, state-of-the-art, Coca-Cola Park. Their 2008 inaugural season proved exciting and entertaining for all ages. In addition to the baseball game itself, there are many ways for the crowd to interact and enjoy themselves at the ballgame. Other events are also held at Coca-Cola Park, which is located at 1050 Iron Pigs Way.

In September of 2014, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League began their inaugural season at the newly constructed PPL Center. The Center, which seats 8,500, is located at Seventh & Hamilton Streets in the City. The Phantoms are the top minor league affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Philadelphia Flyers.
