Groups in Allentown can ask for a flag-raising event using this form. If different groups want to raise the same flag, those in Allentown or with a local non-profit get priority. If no local groups ask for the same flag, outside groups can request it.

If there's a conflict, the groups need to agree. But if two groups ask too close together, we can't do both.

The Mayor or someone from the Mayor's team will come to the event. Once it's set, changing the date might not work because of our schedule.

Requests can't be made more than three months ahead. And we need the words for any announcements three weeks before.
