We work hard to keep our streets in good shape. Your feedback helps us make sure our streets are safe and smooth for everyone in our community. On any given day, we are working on maintenance tasks such as:

Potholes
If you see a pothole on our city streets, please call us at 610-437-8775. Make sure to give the exact location and your contact information. We aim to fix potholes on busy roads in about 48 hours and on quieter roads within 48 to 72 hours.
Other Maintenance
The City of Allentown also evaluates its streets on a consistent basis to determine which streets need to be fixed. A yearly paving schedule is followed. We work alongside UGI and LCA to share costs for the fixing of streets in which they've repaired underground utilities.
