The Property Maintenance and Compliance Office ensures residential properties are safe and maintained. We inspect rental properties, register rentals,  and complete pre-sale inspections, so properties are compliant with codes and can be moved into.   Most Importantly, we handle consumer complaints about housing issues,  assist with the enforcement of disruptive behavior, Blight, and At-Risk properties.  We follow city ordinances to keep everyone in Allentown safe and healthy.
