Tenth Street in the City of Allentown from Hamilton Street to Linden Street, and Linden Street from 9th Street to 10th Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic on Thursday, February 1 and Friday, February 2 from 7:00am to 4:00pm for Henkels and McCoy (PPL) to find an underground failed cable for PPL.
