Musical acts will be performing on five stages from noon to 10 p.m. at Saturday’s 13th Blues Brews & Barbecue Festival in the downtown.
The Downtown Business Alliance in partnership with the city and the Allentown Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the event which is back after a one-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This outdoor music festival draws tens of thousands of BBQ and Blues music aficionados from near and far. It is free and open to the public.
The event covers the 600, 700 and 800 blocks of Hamilton Street and Seventh Street north and south of Hamilton.
“Queen of the Blues” Shemekia Copeland headliners the event. She will perform from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
