Representatives of the City of Allentown opened bids for the concession/lease of the Water and Sewer Utility System at 12pm today in Harrisburg. There is at least one bid within 10 percent of the high bid triggering a “Best and Final Offer” (BAFO) process, that will be due on Tuesday, April 2 at 2pm.
