Electronics Recycling Guidelines

Appointment-Only Drop-Off:

• • Available for City of Allentown taxpayers.
  • Schedule by calling 610-437-8729 to receive a voucher for your appointment.
  • Residents must bring and present the voucher at their scheduled time.
  • The City Staff does not assist in unloading items; residents must unload independently or bring help.

Accepted Items:

• • Computers, keyboards, monitors, printers, scanners, laptops, and televisions.
  • Limit of 1 TV per appointment and a maximum of 3 TVs per address per year.

Not Accepted- call for more information on disposal: 

• • Appliances (microwaves, air conditioners, etc.)
  • Phones & cameras
  • Batteries

PLEASE NOTE: 

Electronics and TVs are not to be placed at the curb- SWEEP tickets may be issued.
