The City of Allentown has officially lifted the Snow Emergency as of 11 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. Vehicles may resume parking on designated Snow Emergency routes.
All main roadways throughout the city are clear. Public Works crews will continue snow removal operations as needed to address remaining accumulation and ensure safe travel conditions.
Residents are reminded that sidewalks are the responsibility of the property owner. In accordance with City ordinance, sidewalks must be cleared to provide safety for pedestrians.
