When is Lights in the Parkway open?

  • Lights in the Parkway opens Friday, November 29th and is open Wednesdays through Sundays until December 10th.
  • Hours are 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
  • Beginning December 11th, through the 28th, Lights will be open EVERY night, from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm.
  • Lights in the Parkway is CLOSED ON CHRISTMAS DAY.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

If you purchase tickets online in advance, you should bring your ticket, either printed, or the mobile version in the eventbrite app. If you receive a printed complimentary ticket, you will need to bring it with you in order to enter the display.

Can any vehicle drive through Lights in the Parkway?

Cars, vans, mini-buses, and buses are welcomed. The height and length maximums are 11' in height, and 36' in length.

For the safety of everyone involved, motorcycles, mini-bikes, and quads are not permitted through Lights in the Parkway.

Do you accept credit cards?

  • Credit cards are accepted onsite, at full cost.
  • You can also purchase discounted tickets online using a credit card. Click HERE.
  • Cash and checks are also accepted.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, provided that the ticket is a valid ticket that was printed out or the mobile version in the eventbrite app that was given to the new attendee. Each ticket has a unique barcode, so purchased tickets may only be redeemed once.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are not issued for Lights in the Parkway tickets. If your vehicle breaks down before you reach the display, you will receive a complimentary pass to return and view the lights.

Are you open if it's snowing?

Should Lights in the Parkway be closed for inclement weather, the hotline will be updated after 4:30pm. The hotline number is 610-437-7750. The determination to close Lights in the Parkway keeps in mind the safety of those traveling to enjoy the lights and availability of city staff.
