ADP President Officially Opens Offices
Before a crowd of more than 200 persons outside and hundreds more watching inside, ADP President & CEO Carlos Rodriguez and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf cut the ribbon this morning on the company’s new offices at Five City Center at Eighth & Hamilton streets in the city.

ADP is leasing ten floors in the 13-story structure. According to State Senator Pat Browne, it is the largest single commercial investment in the history of the city.

The first 400 ADP employees moved into the building in July. Rodriguez told the crowd more than a 1000-employees are in the building with a potential base of 1,600.

Mayor Ray O’Connell said, “ADP’s arrival downtown has made an immediate extremely positive impact. Hundreds of new feet are on the street brightening the future for local retailers and restaurants. I think this has given all of us a little more bounce in our step and pride in our voice as we walk and talk about the city.”

Browne presented a painting depicting the scene of Eighth & Hamilton, a key trolley location, exactly 100-years ago.

ADP first opened Lehigh Valley offices in 2006. The Five City Center location consolidates several area offices.

ADP is headquartered in Roseland, New Jersey.
