The City of Allentown has launched the Health Bureau's inaugural Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), inviting residents to participate in a short survey to identify and prioritize the most pressing health needs within the community.
The insights gathered from this survey will serve as the foundation for the development and implementation of programs designed to benefit the community and elevate the overall health and well-being of city residents.
Residents can access the survey at www.allentownpa.gov/CHNA. Completing the survey typically takes between 5-10 minutes. The survey is also available in Spanish by selecting the "Default language" link at the top and switching to Spanish.
The Allentown Health Bureau is also actively seeking to engage community partners and groups to facilitate in-person surveys and broaden distribution. The survey results will be available in 2024 and will be used to help create the Community Health Improvement Plan for the City of Allentown.
