Target Population:

• TB Nurse / Doctor appointment:   City of Allentown residents who are uninsured AND have exposed to or infected with Tuberculosis (TB). 
• QuantiFERON Gold Testing:  City of Allentown residents who are uninsured and working in a City of Allentown daycare.  Proof of employment and proof of residency is required.

Payment/Fees:
FREE

Primary Services:

1. Contact identification and testing
2. Tuberculosis treatment for active and infected cases
3. QuantiFERON Gold Testing
4. Community Education
