ZONING HEARING BOARD
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will meet in Council Chambers, Room #118, City Hall, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA on Monday, March 22,2010, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.
ALL APPELLANTS MUST APPEAR AT MEETING
1. A-62999 441-463 Hamilton Street Appeal of County of Lehigh for variance to erect glass & aluminum accessory structure (5′ x 10′), 1 sty., at east side, having insuff. side yard setback (5′ req.; 1′ proposed) located in an Institutional & Government (I-G) District.
2. A-63004 613-623 N. 19th Street Appeal of Lulu Properties, LLC for variance to erect 2 FLAT WALL SIGNS (1 @ 4.58′ x 4.83′ @ front on 19th St. and 1 @ 9.16′ x 9.67′ on north wall), both interior illum., exceeding maximum allowable number & square feet permitted (1 wall sign per street frontage with a maximum of 50 sq. ft. permitted; 2 signs @ 110.70 sq. ft. total proposed), and sign on north wall not having street frontage, located in an Urban Commercial (B-5) District.
3. A-63006 805 N. 4th Street Appeal of Imad Sankari to use 30′ x 48′ rear portion of premises for a SEWING FACTORY, being a prohibited use, located in a Medium High Density Residential (R-MH) District.
All persons interested or those desiring to protest against the allowance of the above appeals may appear and be heard. The appeals listed above may be reviewed at the Zoning Office, 4th Floor, City Hall, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
THE FOLLOWING APPEAL WILL BE BEFORE THE BOARD AT THE ABOVE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR DISCUSSION BY THE BOARD AND THE RENDERING OF AN OPINION.
