The contractor on the Eighth Street Bridge construction project in the city of Allentown will have flaggers restricting traffic on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at Eighth Street on Wednesday, April 6 between 9am and 3pm to remove bridge overhang jacks.

The City of Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation’s Noches de Ritmo 2016 weekend series will take place Friday, May 6 – Sunday, May 8 in West Park located between 15th & 16th streets along Linden and Turner streets.

The Eighth Street Bridge in the city of Allentown will be closed to traffic from 9am to 3pm on Monday, April 4 and Tuesday, April 5 weather permitting to accommodate bridge reconstruction.
