The City of Allentown Bureau of Streets is scheduling snow removal operations for Saturday, February 15 beginning at 7am. No Parking signs have been posted in the work areas.

A Snow Emergency is in effect in the City of Allentown. It will stay in effect until further notice. Parked vehicles must be moved from all Snow Emergency Routes and should not return until the Snow Emergency is lifted.

Thursday night trash and recycling collections in the City of Allentown are cancelled. This affects the area from 11th Street west to the city limits and from Martin Luther King Drive north to the city limits.

Normal Wednesday night trash and recycling collection on the South Side and portions of the East Side of Allentown will begin at 9:30 this evening.
