Construction projects are resulting in a pair of scheduled downtown street closures.

Hamilton Street from 5th Street to 6th Street will be closed on Tuesday, May 1, and Wednesday, May 2, from 9:00am to 3:00pm for storm sewer installation for the 520 Hamilton Street Project.

The just announced scheduled Saturday, May 5 closing of Sixth Street in the City of Allentown from Hamilton Street to Court Street is being postponed to Saturday, May 12. The closure will be from 6:00am to 3:00pm for a crane to set up to install new elevators for the Americus Hotel.
