A terrific turnout, spooky decorations and fantastic performances marked the 2013 Allentown Halloween Parade which marched through the streets of the city on Sunday, October 20.
Nine divisions of marchers and floats made their way down Hamilton Street as an appreciative audience gathered curbside from the start of the parade at the Allentown Fairgrounds to the conclusion at Ninth & Hamilton streets.
High school marching bands and dance groups joined with other civic and professional organizations, auto clubs and floats to bring the streets of Allentown to life. Many aspects of Allentown’s diverse community were showcased and celebrated through the variety of participants in this year’s parade.
