The First Time Homebuyer’s seminars educate first time homebuyers about home ownership. The seminars are conducted by CACLV staff and representatives of local mortgage lenders, insurance agents, realtors and other experts.  During these seminars we talk about preparing for home ownership, the importance of good credit, how to shop for a home, etc. Prospective homeowners hear from experts about the current housing market, loan products, predatory lending, consumer rights and maintenance.
