Hours of Operation

NOTE: If you are submitting a permit application by mail, you must include a self addressed and stamped envelope so that your permit and receipt of payment can be returned to you in a timely manner.

Permits will only be issued between 8am and 4pm on weekdays. In addition the Bureau will accept applications between 4pm and 4:30pm on weekdays, but the application will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest.  Upon submission, the Bureau is responsible to issue a decision on all permit applications within 30 business days for commercial permits and 15 business days for residential permits.
