Senior Science Mondays - Dealing with Arthritis

Senior Science Mondays provide the unique opportunity to explore health topics in depth with experts from St. Luke’s University Health Network. Each session includes an hour-long presentation by a St. Luke’s expert, along with light snacks and refreshments. Programs are geared toward adults age 55 and up, but all ages are welcome.

Sessions are free with membership or included with a special $5 general admission on program dates. RSVP suggested.

With more than 100 types of arthritis, finding the best treatment can be tricky. Dr. Matthew Brown will help break things down with a good overview on how to prevent, treat, and manage arthritis.
