Curb, sidewalk and utility work will necessitate a temporary street closure and lane restrictions in downtown Allentown next week.

Linden Street in the City of Allentown from Sixth Street to Seventh Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic beginning Monday, May 15 through Friday, May 19.   -

Hamilton Street in the City of Allentown from Sixth Street to Railroad Street will have various lane closures, weather permitting, beginning on Wednesday, May 17, for milling and repaving of the road surface from 8am to 7pm daily.

Sixth Street in the City of Allentown from Hamilton Street to Linden Street will have sporadic lane closures beginning Thursday, May 4 through Friday, May 12.

Building projects will temporarily close some downtown streets this week.

Hamilton Street in the City of Allentown from Tenth Street to 15th Street will have various lane closures beginning on Monday, April 24, for milling and repaving of the road surface from 8am to 7pm daily.

Work is scheduled to begin Monday on a $1.8 million project to repair and resurface Tilghman Street between 10th and Front streets in the city.

The Wolf Administration announced today that work is scheduled to begin next week on a $3.6 million project to repair and resurface Union Boulevard in Allentown and Bethlehem.

Sixth Street in the City of Allentown from Hamilton Street to Walnut Street will be closed Thursday, April 13 from 9am to 3pm for an emergency crane repair for the Tower 6 Project.
