    Mayor Ray O’Connell announces that due to the inclement weather forecast Trick or Treat in the city of Allentown scheduled for Friday, October 29 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. is postponed until Sunday, October 31 also from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
