The concert by the Royalaires “Dancing under the Stars” event at Allentown’s Cedar Beach Park scheduled for 9:00 o’clock this evening has been postponed due to wet grounds. No new date has been set.

The City of Allentown’s 2017 Summer Concert Series has rescheduled five concerts so far this season due to inclement weather. Rescheduled concerts will be made up on the following dates:

Royalaires (Dancing under the Stars) rescheduled from May 12 to Friday, September 1 at 8pm at Cedar Beach Park.
Marine Band: rescheduled from June 10 to Saturday, September 16 at 6pm at Union Terrace Amphitheatre.
Royalaires (Dancing under the Stars) rescheduled from June 16 to Friday, July 21 at 8pm at Cedar Beach Park.
Allentown Band: rescheduled from June 17 to Friday, July 14 at 7:30pm at West Park.
Pioneer Band: rescheduled from July 1 to Friday, September 8 at 7pm at West Park.

There is also an addition to the 2017 Summer Concert Series Schedule as follows:
Macungie Band is performing on Sunday, July 30 at 7:30pm at West Park.

The City of Allentown’s Summer Concert Series offers more than 30 concerts each year from May to September. Many of the concerts are held at historic West Park, as well as other parks throughout the city.
