Restrictions will be in effect on busy downtown streets beginning Wednesday, July 29.

Seventh Street from Linden Street to Hamilton Street in the city of Allentown will be reduced to one lane of traffic on Wednesday, July 29 and Friday, July 31 while a crane is on site for a project at Four City Center. The closure will be in effect from 7am to 3pm.

Linden Street from Sixth Street to Seventh Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic on Friday, July 31 for milling and paving.

Seventh Street from Linden Street to Hamilton Street will have the east side lane closed on Monday, August 3 for milling and paving.

The two paving operations are expected to take place from approximately 7am to 5pm.
