The City of Allentown prepared a Draft Five Year Consolidated Plan for 2015-2019 and a Draft 2015 Annual Action Plan for Community Planning and Development Programs. These documents are a requirement for direct assistance under certain U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding programs including the Community Development Block Grant Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program and the Emergency Solutions Grant Program.

The executive summary of the Draft Consolidated Plan and the projects that are proposed to be funded in the Draft Annual Action Plan are available to the public. The complete document is available in City Hall, 3rd Floor, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown. Citizens may submit comments to the plan through the mail, telephone or in person until 4:00 PM on May 6, 2015. Comments submitted by mail should be addressed to Heidi K.
