NOTICE OF PUBLIC PRESENTATION AND PLANS DISPLAY

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation invites you to attend a public presentation and view plans display for the Basin Street Safety Improvement Project located in the City of Allentown, Lehigh County.

Date & Time: Presentation: May 15, 2013 at 7 p.m.
Plans Display: May 16 – May 30, 2013 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The public is invited to attend a Public Plans Presentation for the Basin Street Safety Improvement Project. The project and Plans Display will be presented during the City Council meeting at Allentown City Hall on May 15 at 7 p.m. The presentation will include a review of the project’s purpose and scope, and offer an additional opportunity for public officials, other meeting attendees and the general public to provide input. Members of the project team will be available to answer questions.

Following the presentation, a copy of the Plans Display will remain at Allentown City Hall for a period of two weeks. Comment forms will be available at the Plans Display for the public to provide comments regarding the project. You are encouraged to actively participate by viewing the Plans Display or attending the meeting and providing comments.
