Thursday night trash and recycling collections in the City of Allentown are cancelled. This affects the area from 11th Street west to the city limits and from Martin Luther King Drive north to the city limits. Residents in this area will be permitted to put out double the normal limit on Monday to compensate for the cancellation. Normal Thursday night recycling will be collected next Thursday, February 20.

Any uncollected areas from normal Wednesday night trash and recycling collection on the South Side and portions of the East Side of Allentown will be completed Sunday night for trash and recycling.
