8TH Street in the City of Allentown from Walnut Street to Hamilton Street will be closed on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for water line installation for the Five City Center Tower Project. (the street was previously scheduled for a single lane closure will now be a full street closure).
