The intersection of 10th Street and Linden Street will have lane restrictions on Thursday, December 12 and Friday, December 13 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the replacement of an electrical pole.

The Allentown Department of Public Works is announcing the fall yard waste and leaf collection schedules.

The city is announcing the upcoming paving schedule affecting downtown traffic flow beginning Friday morning, October 18.

Hamilton Street will be reduced to one lane today from 8th Street to Seventh Street until 3:00 p.m. for a utility cut repair.

The JDRF One Walk Allentown and a street paving project will result in two upcoming closings of sections of Hamilton Street. 

Gordon Street will have lane closures for utility work from 4th Street to American Parkway on Monday, October 7 and Tuesday, October 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lane restrictions will be in effect in the city of Allentown at the intersection of 12th and Hamilton streets on Monday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 10.

The administration of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced today work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 19, on a project to resurface Cedar Crest Boulevard in the City of Allentown and Salisbury and South Whitehall townships.

South 8th Street in the City of Allentown will be closed from Walnut Street to Hamilton Street on Tuesday, July 9 at 7:00am and will reopen on Friday, July 12 at 3:00pm.

Construction and replacement projects will necessitate lane closings on Allentown city streets.
