The City of Allentown will be holding a cash and carry public sale on Saturday February 12 from 8am to 12pm at 641 South 10th Street.

There will be various surplus items for sale including chairs, desks, file cabinets, and tables no longer needed by the City. 

All sales are final, and everything is sold as is, where is in its current condition, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind.  The City gives no guarantee as to the usability of the property. 

Buyers will pay the full amount of the bid by the close of the sale in cash, certified check, or cashier’s check. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, and no deliveries. 

Buyers are responsible for removal and loading and unloading of all purchased items. City of Allentown employees will not be available to assist with moving or the loading of any items. 

 

La Ciudad de Allentown llevará a cabo una venta pública de ‘cash and carry’ el sábado 12 de febrero de 8 am a 12 pm en 641 South 10th Street.

Habrá varios artículos a la venta, como sillas, escritorios, archivadores y mesas que la Ciudad ya no necesita.

Todas las ventas son finales, y todo se vende tal como está, donde está en su estado actual, sin garantía de ningún tipo. La Ciudad no da ninguna garantía en cuanto a la usabilidad de la propiedad.

Los compradores pagarán el monto total de la oferta al cierre de la venta en efectivo, cheque certificado o cheque de caja. Todas las ventas son finales. No hay reembolsos, ni devueltas, ni cambios, ni entregas.

Los compradores son responsables de retirar y cargar y descargar todos los artículos comprados. Los empleados de la ciudad de Allentown no estarán disponibles para ayudar con la mudanza o la carga de ningún artículo.
