Late Allentown Fire Department Battalion Chief Richard J. Shott is being inducted in the International Association of Fire Fighters Fallen Fire Fighter Wall of Honor.  The ceremony will take place tomorrow at 1:00pm edt.

The Colorado Springs, CO memorial honors firefighters in the United States and Canada who have died in the line of duty.

Shott succumbed to kidney cancer in 2014.  He had retired from the department in 2011.  Shott had been exposed to carcinogens over the course of fighting fires in his 36 year career with the department.
