Take a tour of LVHN Fitness, participate in demo classes with some of the premier group fitness instructors, enjoy free samples of the cuisine at Queen City BBQ and Grain and learn about the other services available through Lehigh Valley Health Network designed to support health and wellness for employers of all sizes.
