2. LAND DEVELOPMENT:
--- Butz Corporate Center-Phase II, 840 Hamilton Street 12-1(LD&D) Preliminary/Final Plan approval requested by Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Applicant also requests a waiver from Section 1375.04 of the Land Development and Subdivision Ordinance that all modifications required by any outstanding requirements of the Planning Commission or applicable City staff be completed prior to the time that a Developer may apply for approval of a Final Plan.
The application proposes to construct an expansion of the existing Butz Corporate Center, including expanding the current parking lot.
3. HAMILTON STREET OVERLAY DISTRICT REVIEW:
--- Design review of “824-832 Hamilton Street” pursuant to the provisions of the Hamilton Street Overlay District, Section 1314.04, of the City of Allentown Zoning Ordinance requested by Greg Butz
