Amending Part I, Administrative Code, Article 141.03, Employees’ Retirement and Pension System, Retirement Board; Powers and Duties, of the Codified Ordinance to change the Board’s composition.
 
Amending Article Five, Title Three, Traffic Regulations, by adding a new section prohibiting the use of a hand-held mobile telephone by a person operating a motor vehicle or other vehicle on a City street, under certain terms and conditions.
 
11. ORDINANCES FOR INTRODUCTION:
 
Amending the 2010 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars from St. Luke’s Hospital to the Communications program of the Police Department to provide for public education for our 911 program.
 
Amending the 2010 General Fund to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to the City of Allentown for the completion of a Lehigh River Waterfront Master Plan.
 
Amending the 2010 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars from a donation from the Arcadia Foundation to the Police Department for purchase of a trained K-9 for Patrol.
 
 
Bill 12
Amending Title V Traffic by increasing the penalty for double parking and parking large vehicles on streets; and deleting the second and subsequent increases in fines for street cleaning:

Amending the Administrative Code, the Articles relating to the Recreation Board, Arts Commission, Parking Authority and the Ethics Board by requiring annual reports and long term strategies to be competed and reported to City Council.
