The Allentown Health Bureau has received a supply of Shingles vaccine (Zostavax) that is available free to any Pennsylvania resident that meets the following criteria:

Eligibility Guidelines:
• Adults age 60 and older living in Pennsylvania
AND is
o Uninsured
OR
o Insured through Medicare, but does not have Medicare Part D
OR
o Insured through Private insurance, and Zostavax is not covered in their plan
