Water/Sewer Billing Changes

The City of Allentown, has implemented a new water and sewer billing system. Our rates are still the same, but the format of our water/sewer bill has changed. A sample of the new bill format is below.  In addition, the City will no longer post properties with termination of service notices. The only notice you will receive regarding the scheduled termination is the new shut off notice (see below). This notice will be mailed when your account is over 60 days past due.
