Priority: City of Allentown sponsored and/or organized programs will be given priority on all reservations. Priority for field rental will be granted to leagues, organizations, clubs and groups with 60% of the participants residing or working in the Allentown City limits. If two groups are equal in the above, the group with the longest consecutive use would be given time equal to that of the previously scheduled year. Weekday and weekend use will be divided equally between the groups.
Rain Out: If weather conditions at the park prohibit use of the facility, you must notify the Allentown Recreation Bureau office by phone no later than 5:00pm on the first business day after the reservation day. The Allentown Recreation Bureau will attempt to reschedule your group at no additional charge during the current season, pending availability. No refund or credit can be provided.
Cancellations: Any cancellation or schedule change less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the reserved time will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
BASEBALL FIELDS $20 per game, $60 per day, $100 per day for two (2) fields at same complex, $150 per day for three (3) fields at same complex, $200 per day for four (4) fields at same complex
FOOTBALL, SOCCER, LACROSSE, AND FIELD HOCKEY $20 per game, $90 per day, $160 per day for two (2) fields at same complex
ROLLER HOCKEY $20 per game, $60 per day
BASKETBALL COURTS $20 per game, $75 per day, $125 per day for two (2) courts at same complex, $175 per day for three (3) courts at same complex, $225 per day for four (4) courts at same complex.
RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL COURTS $20 per court per day, $30 for two (2) courts per day at same complex, $50 for three (3) courts per day at same complex, $65 for four (4) courts at same complex.
VOLLEYBALL COURTS $20 per court per day, $30 for two (2) courts per day at same complex
