The City of Allentown Weed and Seed structure includes a Steering Committee a TALL (Targeted Area Local Leaders) Team two City of Allentown employees: the Weed and Seed Coordinator, and the TALL Team Coordinator, and four Weed and Seed staff who are employed by Weed and Seed partners (Employment Counselor, Drug and Alcohol Outreach Specialist, Youth Coordinator and the DEFY Coordinator).
